Classic Profile Use Cases:
Use the Classic Profile (now called the Classic Light Roast Profile) for light to medium roast coffees. It is recommended for traditional drip coffee brewers (Keurig, Mr. Coffee, etc.) or any manual brewing method (AeroPress, chemex, V60, etc.) providing brighter, cleaner flavors and higher acidity.
This profile is one of several of ours that meet the Specialty Coffee Association's (SCA) guidelines for improved flavor for coffee.
Ingredients:
- Magnesium Sulfate
- Calcium Citrate
- Sodium Chloride
Target Ranges:
- TDS: 150
- pH: 6.6-7.2
- Alkalinity: 36-40
