Typically, all orders delivered in the United States (US) take about 2-4 business days to arrive to your doorstep. 

International Orders:

International orders can vary from 5-15 business days depending on shipping service selected, but allow for up to 30 days.

Make sure to check the USPS, UPS, or DHL websites for additional information if orders are delayed after shipping.

How Can I Track My Order?

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email containing the tracking information for your order.

If your order is delayed for any reason or does not show up in time (15 days for US orders or 30 days for international orders), send us an email at [email protected] with your order number, starting with "SP" and we will take care of you.
