What should I do if my package was marked as delivered but is not here?Updated 5 months ago

If your package was marked as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend you:

1. Check around your property and with neighbors in case the package was delivered to an alternate location nearby. Sometimes carriers will mark the package as delivered before it is physically dropped off.
2. Wait a couple of days as the package sometimes shows up shortly after.
3. Contact your local post office as they may have GPS information on where the package was scanned as 'Delivered'.
