Use the Medium Roast Profile for, you guessed it, medium roast coffees. It is recommended for traditional drip coffee brewers (Keurig, Mr. Coffee, etc.) or any manual brewing method (AeroPress, chemex, V60, etc.) providing reduced bitterness and enhanced flavors in your favorite medium roast coffees.

The Medium Roast Profile, along with the Espresso Machine Profile and Classic Light Roast Profile, fits within the Specialty Coffee Association's (SCA) guidelines for improved flavor for coffee.
