Are any your water profiles SCA certified?Updated 3 months ago
There is currently no 'certification' by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) for water profiles, but we have three water profiles that meet the current SCA water standards:
Classic Light Roast Profile:
This profile is perfect for use for light roasted coffees and for manual brew methods (pour overs, drip, French press, etc)
Medium Roast Profile:
This is ideal for use with medium roast coffees and any brew method (including espresso machines!) and a preferred profile for cupping standards around the world.
Espresso Machine Profile
This profile is engineered to protect espresso machines, but can also be used for manual brew methods.
