Deciding which mineral profile you want for your cold brew depends on what flavors you prefer when using that brew method!
Cold Brew Profile
The Cold Brew Profile is rich in magnesium and thus will help you experience much less acidity (up to 300%) in your cold brew coffee and is a great addition to your favorite cold brew concentrate. This will help you experience the flavors that are often hidden by that acidity: chocolates, caramel, nuttiness, etc.
Light Roast Profile
Classic Profile is used by many of our partners for their cold brew coffee with much success. It is a great option if you like the bright and intense acidity that cold brew is known for. This will help you experience those intense floral and fruity tasting notes.
