Isn't distilled water bad for espresso machines?Updated 10 months ago

Yes it is! At higher temperatures and higher pressures, especially in espresso machines, distilled water or any form of empty water can become corrosive. This can cause damage to your machine's boiler and shorten its lifespan dramatically.
